John has been restoring old homes in Southern California for over twenty years. His broad range of experience includes: historic surface restoration. Creating period appropriate artistic applications such as stencils, carvings, etc from scratch. Historic home interior design. Historic home furniture and decorating. Historic home renovations and remodeling.
John has worked with Restored TV show (seen on DIY and HGTV) for four seasons. John and Brett Waterman have collaborated on many wonderful artisan projects together during the show. Season four will be appearing on the new Magnolia Network sometime in the fall of 2020.
John has a 5000 foot warehouse in Paramount Ca full of furniture, salvage, and other fun things. He runs his home staging business from this facility and also has a painting studio, work shop and other fun things to see. Be sure to come by and visit!
